After you complete The Protein Days and add high-fiber vegetables, you may have days when weight loss stalls or you gain weight even though you ate clean Meso-Meals. This is because you may be sensitive to some vegetables. "Vegetable Sensitivity - Having an inflammatory response after eating a vegetable." You will know that you have a sensitivity because inflammation is represented by retained water. When you retain water, your weight will stall; if the sensitivity is moderate to severe, you may even gain weight. Weekly, at least one of my clients discovers she is sensitive to one of the allowed high-fiber, low-glycemic vegetables on the list.
